Yeung Kwok Mung

aged 43, has been the Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of the Company since 26 March 2008. Mr. Yeung has over 20 years of business experience in both strategy and operations management. He joined the Group in the capacity of chief operating officer since February 1, 2008. Mr. Yeung was previously the Director of Horizons Ventures Ltd, a privately owned investment holding company with key investment in technology and other businesses worldwide. Mr. Yeung was also the Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of 36.com Holding Co. Ltd. Mr. Yeung spent over six years at McKinsey & Company, Inc. in Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong, covering mainly the telecommunications, electronics and e-commerce industry sectors in the area of business strategy, business re-engineering and operational improvements. Mr. Yeung worked for Coca-Cola China Limited as Director of Strategy for Coco-Cola Greater China. He also held various management positions in operations, business development and sales & marketing at General Electric. Mr. Yeung began his career at Sun Microsystems as Engineer in its R&D Center in California in 1989. Mr. Yeung received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree and Master of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the US. |

Mak Soek Fun, Angela

aged 43, has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1 February 2008. In addition to her current role as the Head Corporate General Counsel, Ms. Mak is responsible for the overall direction and control of all financial matters and the legal functions of the Group. Ms. Mak joined TOM Group in 2000 as General Counsel and Company Secretary in 2001. She was appointed Executive Director of TOM Group in March 2006 and has been actively participated in the formulation and execution of strategies for the Company. Prior to joining TOM Group, Ms. Mak was the Senior Group Legal Counsel of Hutchison Whampoa Limited. Ms. Mak received her Bachelor of Commerce degree and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia. She has been admitted as solicitor in New South Wales (Australia), English and Wales and Hong Kong with over 10 years of experience in managing corporate and commercial matters. |
